1) Angkatan Tentera Malaysia (Ministry of Defence)
A Long-Standing Partnership in Supporting National Defence Healthcare
Scope of Service
Provision of 106 clinical laboratory tests, on a cost-per-reportable-result basis, for 110 Angkatan Tentera Malaysia (ATM) healthcare units.

Service Period
1st Contract: January 2017 – January 2020
Extension: January 2020 – October 2021
2nd Contract: November 2021 – October 2024
Extension: October 2024 – October 2025
Across these contracts, BPCL has supported ATM’s network of 110 healthcare facilities with a broad range of biochemistry and haematology tests, ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective diagnostic services for military personnel.
2) Jabatan Kesihatan Negeri Perak (Ministry of Health)
Advancing Women’s Health Through Specialized Diagnostics
Scope of Service
- 1) Pap smear cytology services for the Department of Public Health.
- 2) Human Papillomavirus (HPV-DNA) testing services for the Family Health Unit, Hilir Perak District Health Office.
BPCL supports JKN Perak in strengthening women’s health services by providing pap smear cytology and HPV DNA testing, enabling earlier detection of cervical cancer and improving preventive care at the population level.
3) Putra Specialist Hospital, Melaka
Enabling Hospital Efficiency Through Strategic Outsourcing
Scope of Service
Provision of comprehensive laboratory testing services
Service Period
May 2023 – June 2026
Putra Specialist Hospital has outsourced its pathology laboratory services to BPCL, allowing the hospital to optimise both cost and manpower. Laboratory operations are further enhanced through the implementation of BPCL’s Laboratory Information System (LIS), which streamlines workflow, improves turnaround time, and strengthens result traceability.
4) ProtectHealth Corporation
Administering Accessible Healthcare for the B40 Community

- More than 50 BP outlets nationwide
BPCL supports ProtectHealth Corporation in the implementation of the PEKA B40 healthcare scheme under the Ministry of Health, which provides eligible B40 individuals with up to four key health benefits :
- Health screening
- Health aid
- Completed cancer treatment incentive
- Transport incentive
Through our designated outlets, BPCL delivers accessible and quality diagnostic services, contributing to better health outcomes for vulnerable communities.
5) UKM Specialist Center (UKMSC)
A Future-Focused Partnership with an Academic Specialist Centre
Scope of Service
Provision of routine and specialised laboratory services.
Service Period
October 2025 – September 2028
UKMSC engages BPCL as its partner for routine clinical laboratory testing, including :
- Haematology (e.g. Full Blood Count, activated partial thromboplastin time [APTT], prothrombin time)
- Biochemistry and Immunology
- Urine FEME
- Pathology
- Histopathology
- Microbiology
- And Many More
