– To assist the procedure and method to perform lab testing and verifying results;
– To assist the procedure and method of performing venipuncture;
– Adherence to all set procedures, methodology of testing and Standard Operating Procedures of ISO 9001 and other relevant certification;
– To liaise with relevant Department PIC within Group to ensure medical test runs smoothly;
– To assist Pharmacist/Manager in handling of walk-in customers, i.e. answering customer enquiries, directing customer to the appropriate departments, introducing the Group’s services and products to the customer etc,;
– To participate in sales and business development activities of the Company;
– To administer training works, ethics and industry knowledge;
– To maintain a safe and hygienic working environment;
– To maintain proper storage and security conditions of the medicines and supplements;
– To conduct stock taking on regular basis and as instructed by Management from time to time;
– To dispense medicine under supervision of pharmacist(s) and doctor(s);
– To promote BP proprietary products;
– To communicate clearly and enthusiastically with customers to ensure high quality service;
– To answer customer enquiry via various channels (email, phone, live chat, etc.);
– To solve problems in an efficient and timely manner;
– To work with personnel from different department to complete a work process;
– To coordinate appointments between doctors and patients;
– Other assignments as and when given by the Management.
