JOB REQUIREMENTS

– Communicate clearly and enthusiastically with customers to ensure high quality service.

– Conduct billing and invoicing services to customers, merchants and clients.
– Assist our Covid-19 onsite team from time to time.
– Manage the E-commerce platform including merchant and deal creation and approval.
– Ensure weekly payments to doctors and merchants.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATION

– Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
– Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
– Prefer with experience in working under business development environment but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
– Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.
– Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
– Priority will be given to candidates who can commence immediately.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• – Perform user requirement review and analysis.
• – Update program operation by conducting tests; modifying program sequence and/or codes.
